We had lots of fun in Cape May last week. All four of us headed down to enjoy a week in the sun, including a couple of days with Gemma and Papa!
Checking out the new fountains in the renovated pedestrian mall.
D gets ready to do some body-boarding. He tried a few times but got overwhelmed by the waves.
But he inspired me! I borrowed his board and tried a few times myself, never did it before, and I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it. But it was so much fun!! I’ll give it another go in a one-piece suit next time we head down.
Mike told D to stay between the car and the wall while he loaded the car. D said, “Like this?” and Mike cracked up, had to take a picture.
Our family’s version of “Deadliest Catch” (crabfishing reality show Mike and I are addicted to)! Mike was roped into volunteering for one of the “Explore The Shore” presentations we attended during Harbor Fest. Decked out in waders, he helped drag the net across the bottom scooping up creatures to show the kids. D’s in the striped shirt, Q in the brown tank top.
